The late Dr Francis J McKiernan, former Bishop of Kilmore, in his book, ‘Diocese of Kilmore – Its Bishops and Priests 1136-1988’, makes reference to ten parish priests linked with Crosserlough Parish from c.1520s to c.1780s.
